Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Raftaro website or applying for our driver partnership program.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Driver Partnership Program

The Raftaro 50/50 revenue share program is subject to eligibility requirements, background checks, and the signing of a formal partnership agreement. The figures provided in our earnings calculator are estimates based on average driver performance and are not a guarantee of income.

3. Vehicle Use

Vehicles provided by Raftaro remain the property of Raftaro. Driver partners are responsible for operating the vehicles safely and in compliance with all local traffic laws and platform (Uber/Ola) regulations.

4. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
